When is the next Skyland Immersion?

From 20 - 23 February 2020.

Guests will arrive between 12:00 and 14:00 on Thursday, 20 February 2020, in time for the opening ceremony.

Where are Skyland Immersions hosted and how do I get there?

At Cloud 9, a private venue close to Sedgefield on the Garden Route in the Western Cape of South Africa. Cloud 9 is 43 kilometers from George Airport, which has frequent daily flights to Johannesburg (1 hour 55 minutes flight) and Cape Town (50 minutes flight). We will arrange airport transfers for all guests arriving into George Airport.

Alternatively, for those wishing to drive, Cloud 9 is 460 kilometers from Cape Town along the N2, a main national road.

What are the accommodation options for Skyland?

Galactic: there are 8 double rooms in the main house. These are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Each room is either en suite or shares a bathroom with one other bedroom. Galactic rooms are only available for couples or people sharing.

Stellar: there are luxury glamping tents around the property overlooking the mountains, lake or sea. Toilets and showers are provided.

How much does a ticket to Skyland cost?

For our next immersion, from 20 – 23 February 2020, tickets are priced as follows:

  • Galactic: R25,000 per person.

  • Stellar: R16,500 per person. There is a single supplement of R2,250 extra for those going solo in a glamping tent.

These ticket prices include all accommodation for three nights, food, drink, artists, DJs, activities, infrastructure and transfers for George Airport, plus a donation of R500 to Bridges for Music.

Can I transfer my Skyland ticket to someone else?

Skyland is an invite-only experience. Tickets are non-transferrable.

What do I need to bring to Skyland?

The only things you need to bring are clothes for the experience. There will be themes for dress on Thursday and Saturday nights for those who wish to partake (no expectation). There will be yoga/dance every morning and meditation, plus one excursion out into Nature (relaxed walk). Otherwise, dress for comfort at the venue.

Is there anything close by to visit or stay in before or after Skyland?

Cloud 9 is situated close to Sedgefield, on the famous Garden Route in South Africa. There are many beautiful places to visit in the surrounding areas, such as Knysna, Wilderness and Plettenburg Bay. There is a myriad of accommodation options from cosy cottages, eco-friendly retreats to luxury boutique hotels – perfect to decompress, reflect and integrate after Skyland.

WHERE DO ACTIVITIES TAKE PLACE?

All activities are held either in or in the nearby vicinity of the house at Cloud 9.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?

All your needs will be taken care of from the moment you arrive at Cloud 9 at midday on Thursday until you leave at midday Sunday.

CAN I ATTEND FOR ONE DAY ONLY?

With the purchase of your Skyland ticket you are committing to attend for the full duration of the Skyland experience.  Your presence is part of the container that makes Skyland possible, and so your part in the checking in and closing out are essential to the integrated immersion experience that we create.
